Alan Gottlich earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida, subsequently completing an M.S. in Taxation at Pace University in New York. With years of experience in real estate development and retail management behind him, Mr. Gottlich joined Paramark Enterprises, Inc. in 1992. Serving in a key management position, he helped build the publicly traded enterprise to profitability. He notably entered into a license agreement with Heinz Bakery Products that funded the acquisition of T.J. Cinnamons, a bakery system comprised of 110 retail units. Negotiating T.J. Cinnamons’ sale in 1996, Alan Gottlich subsequently developed a bakery production facility in San Diego, California. This wholesale facility manufactured and distributed gourmet bakery products throughout the United States. The year prior to joining Party Rental Ltd., Mr. Gottlich successfully negotiated and completed the operation’s sale to Rich Products Corporation. He enjoys outdoor activities such as tennis and golf in his free time. Alan Gottlich is licensed in New Jersey as a Certified Public Accountant.
